Tomato Salad This salad from Robin Morgan really shines when made with garden-fresh vegetables. 1 qt. cherry tomatoes, chopped tomatoes or a mix of both 4 Cups mixed salad greens, coarsely chopped 2 ribs celery, thinly sliced 2 green onions, chopped 1/4 Cup crumbled feta cheese 1/4 Cup fresh mozzarella cheese balls packed in brine (reserve 2 tsp. brine), halved or chopped (or freshly shredded mozzarella) 2TB. olive oil 2TB. balsamic vinegar 1/8 tsp. SALT (Robin uses SEA SALT) 1/4 tsp. PENZEYS PEPPER 1/2-1 tsp. GRANULATED GARLIC POWDER 1 tsp. CALIFORNIA BASIL 1 tsp. CRACKED ROSEMARY 1 tsp. THYME 1 tsp. PARSLEY 1 tsp. MARJORAM
