Thai Peanut Noodles A favorite trail meal. It can easily be cooked over a campfire, on a camp stove or in the comfort of your own kitchen. 2-3 Cups total chopped peppers, onions, carrots and/or other vegetables 1 lb. dry pasta (we used pad thai thick rice noodles) 1/2 Cup peanut butter 2 tsp. soy sauce 1 tsp. sesame oil 1 tsp. Sriracha (for sauce, add more individually to taste) 1 tsp. grated ginger (or 1/4 tsp. POWDERED GINGER) 1 tsp. GRANULATED GARLIC POWDER 1-2 tsp. BANGKOK BLEND, optional (would be a delicious addition) 1 6-oz. pouch chicken or tuna (fresh chicken can be used if making at home)
