NORTHWOODS SEASONING 4 medium potatoes (we used Yukon Gold) 1 TB. olive oil 1-2 tsp. NORTHWOODS SEASONING 4 tsp. butter 4 tsp. sour cream 2 tsp. CHIVES 1 can baby corn cobs -or- 2 ears fresh corn (if you would rather have nice fresh corn kernels) 2 tsp. butter
