PENZEYS MINCED GARLIC) 1 English cucumber, chopped (peel if desired) 2 large tomatoes, chopped 1/2-1 whole sweet onion, chopped 1 Cup pitted kalamata olives, chopped 4 oz. crumbled feta cheese 3 Cups cooked, cooled chickpeas (or 2 15-oz. cans chickpeas/garbanzo beans, drained) 1 TB. TURKISH OREGANO 2 TB. lemon juice (juice of 1/2 lemon) 2 TB. olive oil 1/4-1 tsp. salt, to taste 1/4-1 tsp. PENZEYS PEPPER, to taste
