Wauwatosa Village Seasoning
A “Supper Club” style deluxe Celery Salt that was all of the rage back in the day for both prime rib and bloody Marys. Makes great roasted carrots as well. Just shake it on.
Mix 1-2 tsp. per cup for fresh veggie dip, sprinkle on fresh sliced tomatoes with olive oil, shake over a mix of onion/carrots/peppers and sauté, shake on a prime rib or burger, mix in meatloaf 1 tsp. per pound.
Ingredients: salt, celery, sugar, onion, black pepper, green peppercorn, arrowroot, garlic and shallots
