Nutmeg is a wonderfully warm spice used in baking and barbecuing. Both Grenadian and East Indian ground nutmeg are easy to use and flavorful. Grenadian nutmeg is a bit stronger than East Indian nutmeg; use about 2/3 of what your recipe calls for.
