Country French Vinaigrette
A variation of classic French Vinegar and Oil dressing, but lighter, perfect for today's salads. Filled with flavorful French herbs, not too tart, lightly thickened by crushed brown mustard. Basic recipe for 1 cup dressing: Mix 1-2 TB. seasoning in 2 TB. water, let stand 5 minutes. Whisk in 1/3 cup red wine vinegar and 1/2 cup olive oil, refrigerate.
